Learn About Programs for Women on the B’nei Brak Campus of the University of Haifa in Israel at Community Breakfast on April 14th

The American Society of the University of Haifa is hosting a Community Breakfast on Tuesday, April 14, 2015 at Beth Jacob Congregation in Beverly Hills, CA at which the special women’s programs offered by the University of Haifa at its B’nei Brak campus will be reviewed.

Yariv Sultan, Vice President, External Relations and Resource Development of the University of Haifa will discuss the range of offerings, including a new Masters in Nursing program. Mr. Sultan will also provide an overview of the groundbreaking research activities at the University, ranging from cancer and Alzheimer’s research to Holocaust Studies and marine sciences.

“This will be a unique opportunity for the Los Angeles community to learn about new educational programs for orthodox women in Israel,” said Bernie Melamed, Chairperson of the event, “as well as new scientific breakthroughs that will benefit all Israelis and people throughout the world.”

Registration is at 7:45 am on Tuesday, April 14th at Beth Jacob Congregation, 9030 West Olympic Drive, Beverly Hills, CA. There is no charge for breakfast. Funds will be raised for scholarship for women who wish to attend the University of Haifa MA Program in Nursing at the B’nei Brak campus.
